Make your mark for patients UCB is seeking to hire an exceptional Special Projects Manager who will be responsible for driving business excellence and supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives across the affiliate. This role leads the implementation of the critical crossfucntional projects applying best‑in‑class frameworks and methodologies to elevate performance and operational effectiveness. Single point of contact between Mexican affiliate, Regional and Global teams for strategic initiatives above country. Ensures alignment and management of process‑excellence efforts across teams. The role is accountable for enhancing day‑to‑day operational efficiency, providing structure, governance, and logistical support for strategic and cross‑functional projects.
