Job Description
Act as the liaison between Mexico and US Training Departments to plan, organize and direct all aspects of Mexico CAT/DC's training initiatives, including planning, course and content development and assessments. Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives to insure a positive return on investment. To function as a training resource for all Mexico CAT/DC's Auto Zoners across all functional areas. Will work with the Organizational Development Director, DC and OD Training Managers to hold and to promote existing talent developing career and succession plans. Will involve entire organization in its quest for efficiency and cultural transformation to guarantee competitiveness throughout cultural anchors and values.
