As Recykal scales into new markets, geographies, and regulatory environments, each Business Unit faces increasingly complex strategic questions — about growth priorities, competitive positioning, P&L trade-offs, and operating model choices. The Business Strategy Lead role exists to sit inside a BU cluster and be the strategic thinking partner the BU leadership team doesn’t otherwise have. This is not a central advisory role. You will be embedded, operationally close, and responsible for outcomes — not recommendations. You will report into the CSO but be physically and functionally aligned with your BU cluster on a day-to-day basis.
