Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join a supervision consultancy team on a major transport infrastructure project in Jeddah. The role will involve overseeing geotechnical works, ensuring design compliance, and providing technical support during construction.

+ Review and approve geotechnical design reports, soil investigations, and foundation recommendations
+ Supervise site activities related to geotechnical works including piling, shoring, excavation, and ground improvement
+ Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, standards, and approved drawings
+ Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders on geotechnical matters
+ Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to resolve site issues
+ Review method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests
+ Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
