Geomodeller/Structural Geologist

Overview

GEI Consultants Canada, following its merger with Terrane (Halifax), seeks an intermediate to senior‑level geo‑modeler/structural geologist to lead projects in mining and infrastructure sectors across Canada and worldwide.

Responsibilities

Lead and construct complex 3‑D geological and structural models using Leapfrog Geo; manage project delivery, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and undertake travel and field work as required.

Location

Flexible within Canada, with a preference for Fredericton, Halifax or Kelowna.

Qualifications

• Expertise in 3‑D geological modelling with Leapfrog Geo.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in geology or geological engineering.
• 5–15 years of industry experience focused on 3‑D modelling and structural geology.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations.
• Geological field mapping experience (asset).
