Geology Summer Intern

Viridien is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Geology Summer Interns to join our team in Oslo for a six-week summer internship. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in seismic imaging, geological interpretation, and subsurface evaluation within a professional geoscience environment.
During the internship, students will work on a focused subsurface study in one or two areas of the Norwegian continental shelf, evaluating a specific geological case using seismic and well data.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct stratigraphic and structural interpretation of key seismic horizons.
- Tie interpreted horizons to available well data and evaluate key prospective intervals and reservoir targets.
- Analyze borehole data and review known hydrocarbon discoveries within the study area.
