Geology General Supervisor (UPP00044)

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be part of the Geology Department and responsible for establishing, leading, and executing all geology activities at the Upper Beaver Project. This greenfield operation is transitioning through ramp and shaft development toward future production.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish and structure the Geology Department, including staffing plans, roles, systems, and workflows.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage geologists, technicians, and contractors as the project evolves.
• Set clear performance expectations, development plans, and succession planning for the geology team.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure geology activities align with site safety management systems.
• Develop and execute surface and underground exploration strategies aligned with project objectives.
