About the Role

With exciting growth happening across our operations, we are now looking for an experienced Open Pit Mine Geologist to join our team, supporting our growing open pit mines at our Mungari Operations: 
The Mine Geologist is critical to the performance of the Geology Team, execution of the mine plan, and seeking business improvement opportunities in line with our overall operational plans. Typical duties include: 
Performing accurate and detailed geological mapping and sampling. 

Performing ore spotting when requested, regularly communicating with the mining team to optimise ore extraction. 

Supervising grade control and resource development drilling programs and ensure that QAQC is maintained. 

Assisting with the management of the Castle Hill open pit mining contractor, the ROM-to-ROM haulage contractor and geological drilling contractors.
