Geodetic Engineer / Survey Processor

Job Description



We are looking for a Geodetic Engineer / experienced Survey Processor who is knowledgeable in survey documentation and processing of subdivision plans with the LRA and other government agencies.



Responsibilities

- Prepare and process subdivision plan requirements.

- Coordinate with the Land Registration Authority (LRA), Registry of Deeds, DENR, and other government agencies.

- Prepare survey-related documents, technical descriptions, and supporting requirements.

- Monitor and follow up applications to ensure timely processing.

- Coordinate with clients regarding project status and documentary requirements.

- Maintain organized records of survey and land-related transactions.

- Assist in other land titling and property documentation matters.





Qualifications



- Graduate of Geodetic Engineering or related field is an advantage

- Licensed Geodetic Engine...
