SLR Consulting (Canada) is a team of 800+ advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals across Canada. As our new Geochemist, you will broaden SLR’s expertise in integrated Mine Water Management, supporting projects and offices across Canada and potentially abroad. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with primarily remote work options for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret geochemical and mineralogical data, including static testing data related to Acid Base Accounting (ABA) and related data.
• Collaborate with geochemists and scientists to acquire geochemical data and develop inputs to water and contaminant load balance models.
