CIMT College is hiring a Gentle Persuasive Approaches Instructor for our Personal Support Worker program. This role emphasizes hands-on training and effective student engagement in a hybrid format.
As an Instructor, you will be responsible for imparting essential skills to students pursuing careers as Personal Support Workers. Your experience in the field will guide the instruction of the set curriculum while promoting positive learning outcomes. Ensure student success through fair evaluation and supportive teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
