Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in Genesys Call Center implementations to support a large-scale initiative with a Jacksonville-based client. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel required, primarily to Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end Genesys call center implementation projects

+ Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders

+ Drive project strategy, planning, and execution
