Manages the innovative Global GenAI Program, by overseeing program management, projects execution, and teams’ coordination.

**Essential Functions**

+ Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects and programs; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
+ Ensures the correct application of the SCRUM process and that each SCRUM team member has the resources and information needed for success.
