Job Purpose

• To pack various products in accordance to set specifications to enable packing department to operate uninterrupted 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the SOP’s procedures.


• Receiving raw materials accurately from Suppliers.


• Follow FIFO protocols when pulling raw materials for batches.


• Pulls, weighs, and returns raw materials needed to produce batches.


• Verifies raw materials being weighed against official blending record.


• Records all pertinent raw material information on official blending record for traceability.


• Maintains accurate batch records required for Food Safety.


• Notifies appropriate management of documentation discrepancies.


• Reports all quality related issues.


• Responsible daily scale verification.


• Perform other duties as assigned by man...
