**Position Overview**

+ 6 General Surgeons, 24/7 Hospitalist program support at MercyOne, a Magnet Recognized hospital
+ 1:6 call
+ Built-in referrals (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel
+ Services offered include: bread and butter general surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures, comprehensive breast care, including ultrasound and stereotactic breast biopsies, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, venous closure, trauma coverage
+ _Shareholder eligibility_ after the first full calendar year
