We are looking for a General Support.

Location: 8 JALAN BATU TIGA LAMA, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN SUITE 28 8 LEVEL 28 CENTRO KLANG, 41300 Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Transport documents, letters, cheques, and parcels between sales office, manufacturing site, customers, vendors, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and collection of all items.
• Handle and deliver transport-related documents for both Sales Office and Manufacturing operations.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth document flow.
• Perform banking duties such as cheque deposits.
• Manage document submissions, stamping, and mail handling at relevant authorities.
• Ensure all delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Orders) are properly signed, stamped, and returned.
