Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused General Service Assistant to support our catering team in delivering a high-quality food service.

You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and service while ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently achieved. This role requires adherence to company processes, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations, while maintaining a clean and welcoming Front of House (FOH) dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, cooking, and service of food in line with approved recipes and menu cycles
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service in line with company standards
