We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager (GSM) for Ross Downing Auto Group at our Ross Downing CDJR of Mobile dealership.
The GSM will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the sales department to achieve sales and profitability goals, desk and structure deals, enhance customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing sales team.
This individual will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor department performance, maintain accountability to dealership processes, and foster a customer-focused, results-driven culture throughout the dealership.
