Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in automotive sales.

Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership

Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills

Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
