An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales department at their dealership located in Ringwood.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vehicle sales operation, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor and develop a team of Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and support staff while ensuring the dealership consistently achieves its sales objectives.
