**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machines as part of a 3-person team.
+ Assist and shadow machine operators during the contract period.
+ Utilize computerized controls for machine operation.
+ Troubleshoot and make small adjustments to machinery.
+ Handle heavy rolls of material using forklifts, with training provided if necessary.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 1 year recent experience in machine operation, ideally 2 years.
+ Mechanically inclined and computer literate.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting machine issues.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Machine troubleshooting capabilities.
+ Forklift experience preferred but not required.
