**1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts**

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble small electronic components and products using hand and power tools
+ Follow computer-based work instructions and production orders accurately
+ Operate basic production and assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment
+ Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects during production
+ Package and label finished products for shipment or next-stage processing
+ Maintain production records and update progress using computer systems
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience
+ Experience using hand tools in a production environment
