The General Production Worker will be assigned to a department based on their skillsets, including wood cut, wood assembly, material handling, corrugated, pulp, dock work, foam assembly, and foam cut. The position involves using hand and power tools for production and assembly, contributing to the creation of various crates and packaging for different industries.

**Responsibilities**

+ Adhere to company safety and quality policies at all times.
+ Follow established ISO work instructions as applicable.
+ Complete assigned manufacturing tasks using specified equipment within the allotted time.
+ Oversee materials to minimize scrap and waste.
+ Process scrap material for recycling.
+ Maintain work area and equipment according to established 5S standards.
+ Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
