**Overview**

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will prepare high-value parts—many of which support aerospace applications—for painting and finishing by sanding, masking, and inspecting components.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in team-oriented production settings.

**Available Shifts**

We offer multiple shift options to fit different schedules:

+ **2nd Shift (Monday – Friday)**
+ 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM
+ **3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday)**
+ 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
+ **4th Shift (Friday – Monday | 4x10 Schedule)**
+ Friday & Monday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
+ Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
