**Job Description**
This role supports production operations by performing wiping tasks on finished parts, inspecting and maintaining product quality, and completing all required documentation. The position also includes opportunities to work in shipping, where you will help move and organize products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will follow established procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area, and contribute to a collaborative and quality-focused team environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform wiping operations on parts according to training and established procedures.
+ Remove paint and repaint turnbacks or rejected parts as needed to meet quality standards.
+ Inspect all parts for defects and ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirements.
