General Production Worker

**🔧 2nd and 3rd Shift General Production Workers**

**Contract work $23-24/hr**

**🧩 What This Job Is**

This is a **hands-on manufacturing role** in a fast-paced window production facility. Workers assemble, fabricate, and move materials to keep production running efficiently, while maintaining safety and quality.

**✅ Core Responsibilities**

**Production & Assembly**

+ Assemble window components (frames, sash, trim, etc.)
+ Work on fast-paced lines (~1 window/minute)
+ Use hand and power tools (cuts, fitting, assembly)
+ Apply adhesives and place parts into fixtures/jigs

**Material Handling**

+ Pick and stage materials using pick sheets
+ Feed production lines
+ Perform inventory counts (cycle counting)

**Fabrication & Machine Support**

+ Load materials into cutting machines
+ Support automated equipment
+ Measure parts (tape measure, calipers) for quality checks
