**Job Description**

This role supports a high-volume food manufacturing facility during the summer season by performing general production, packaging, and sanitation tasks. You will work on a set weekday shift, handle cheese products, operate and support packaging equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load cheese for packaging machines onto conveyors in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Remove cheese from brine cages and prepare it for further processing.
+ Stack cheese boxes neatly on pallets so finished goods fit into cooler racks without damage.
+ Construct boxes and pack product into boxes according to production requirements.
+ Remove packaging material from rejected cheese and prepare cheese for repackaging.
+ Inspect product and packaging for foreign material and imperfections, segregating suspect product when necessary.
