**Job Description**

This role supports a high-volume stamping and welding operation by running press and weld machines, inspecting parts, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. You will work on either 1st or 2nd shift, handling coil-fed stamping presses and related equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality production in an automotive and aerospace manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate press and weld machines, including coil-fed stamping presses, in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Use hand tools, metrology equipment, and plasma cutters to support production activities.
+ Monitor product quality by checking parts with gauges and documenting results to verify and record quality standards.
