The General Production Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of concrete materials through various testing and evaluation processes. This position requires a strong commitment to precision and safety, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with field and plant teams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform tests on fresh concrete including slump, air content, temperature, and unit weight.
+ Prepare, cure, and test cylinders and beams for compressive and flexural strength per ASTM standards.
+ Assist with trial batches and evaluation of concrete mix performance.
+ Maintain curing facilities and laboratory equipment, including basic calibration checks.
+ Accurately record, track, and report test data and sample information.
+ Verify results meet specifications and flag non-conforming materials or trends.
