**Job Title: General Production Worker – Hand Taper**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on forming copper wires and coils through hands-on production work, including taping electric discharge tape around coils with a high level of precision. You will perform a variety of general labor, production, and assembly tasks, moving between different areas of the facility to learn and support multiple roles. After a three-month contract period, you will transition to a permanent position in the department where you demonstrate the strongest performance and fit.
