**Job Title: General Production Worker**

**Job Description**

This role supports a high-volume manufacturing operation by performing masking, racking, unracking, inspection, and general production tasks across multiple departments. You will work in a fast-paced environment on a rotating or fixed shift, receive initial training on first shift, and contribute to consistent product quality and safe plant operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Train on first shift for approximately one week or until you demonstrate proficiency in core production tasks.
+ Enable effective communication between production employees and leadership by sharing updates, raising concerns, and clarifying work instructions.
+ Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
+ Perform related duties as assigned to support production operations, including assisting other departments when needed.
