**Responsibilities**

+ **Read and follow manufacturing orders and production instructions to understand required ingredients, quantities, and process steps.**
+ **Gather, measure, weigh, and accurately document ingredients according to manufacturing orders, ensuring correct formulations.**
+ **Load ingredients, which may weigh up to 50 lbs., into mixers and operate mixing equipment based on specified time and process parameters.**
+ **Unload mixed batches from the mixer and transfer them safely and efficiently to the next stage of production.**
+ **Operate extrusion equipment to process mixed batches into finished product, monitoring machine settings and performance.**
+ **Use product controls and sensory checks during extrusion to ensure the finished product consistently meets customer specifications.**
