**Job Description**

This role focuses on supporting a small-scale manufacturing operation by mounting tires, installing and removing parts from vehicles, and preparing components for powder coating. You will work with both power and hand tools, handle heavy products, and contribute to inventory, shipping, and receiving activities. The position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Mount tires accurately and safely, following established procedures and quality standards.
+ Install and remove parts from vehicles, supporting mechanical and assembly tasks as needed.
+ Prepare parts for powder coating by sanding, cleaning, and ensuring surfaces meet finishing requirements.
