General Production Worker

**Location:** Hagerstown, MD

**Pay:** $18-$22 per hour based on experience and shift

We are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our team in a manufacturing/industrial environment. First and second shifts are available.

**Available Shifts**

+ **1st Shift:** Daytime hours
+ **2nd Shift:** Afternoon/evening hours
+ Overtime may be available based on production needs

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform general production and assembly tasks
+ Operate basic machinery or equipment (training provided)
+ Inspect products for quality and accuracy
+ Follow safety procedures and work instructions
+ Keep work areas clean and organized

**Requirements**

+ Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
