**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role supports steel manufacturing operations with a clear path to grow into a slitter operator position. You will work as part of a small team to operate and support machinery, handle materials, and perform quality checks. Training is provided, and candidates with basic machine operation experience and a strong safety mindset will be well positioned for success.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support daily production activities in a steel manufacturing environment as part of a 3–4 person team.
+ Assist slitter operators and prepare to move into a future slitter operator role through on-the-job training.
+ Help load and unload machinery safely and efficiently.
+ Perform quality checks on steel during and after processing to ensure correct operation and product specifications.
+ Use measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures, to verify dimensions and tolerances...
