General Production Worker

**General Production Worker – $17/hr**

**Location:** Manufacturing Facility

**Type:** Contract‑to‑Hire

**Schedule:**

+ 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
+ Transitioning to five 10‑hour shifts as production increases

**Job Summary**

Assemble trusses using hand and power tools while following safety, quality, and production standards. Physically active role with long‑term potential for reliable workers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble trusses using hand and power tools
+ Read and use a tape measure
+ Measure, cut, and fasten materials to specifications
+ Assist with packing finished products
+ Keep work area clean and safe
+ Work extended hours as required

**Requirements**

+ Basic measurement and math skills
+ Comfortable with physical, repetitive work
+ Dependable and safety‑focused
