General Production Worker

**Job Title: Production Worker**

**Location: Beech Creek, PA**

**Pay Rate: $15.00 plus overtime**

**Shifts Available:**

+ 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM - overtime can go until 4:30pm

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble trusses using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and production guidelines.
+ Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure to ensure accurate cutting, alignment, and assembly of materials.
+ Perform general production and labor tasks as needed to support daily manufacturing operations.
+ Assist with packing and preparing finished trusses or components for shipment or storage.
+ Follow established safety procedures and use tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow and safety standards.
