We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking **General Production Workers** to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with assembling steel racking systems across a variety of industrial and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable mechanical and installation experience while working with a small, team-oriented crew.

**Location:** Aurora, CO

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

**Pay:** $25/hour

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Assemble steel racking systems using hand and power tools
+ Lift and position materials (up to 50 lbs)
+ Support installations at manufacturing facilities, schools, and hospitals
+ Measure, align, and secure components accurately
+ Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
+ Maintain a clean and safe job site
+ Assist with lifts, equipment operation, and general site tasks
