+ Follow safety guidelines and team procedures
+ Lift, move, and organize materials
+ Assist with basic inventory and production tasks

**Qualifications:**

+ Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
+ Team-oriented with strong reliability
+ Basic tool or mechanical experience preferred (not required)
