**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling components and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with hand tools and production equipment, load and unload tanks from paint systems, and ensure all tasks meet established safety, quality, and work standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble components accurately according to detailed work instructions.
+ Load and unload tanks from paint systems in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Operate manual and automated hand tools to complete production tasks.
+ Set up and operate production equipment in line with operating procedures.
+ Follow all safety guidelines, quality requirements, and work standards at all times.
+ Support general production and assembly line activities as needed.
