**Job Description**
This role supports a custom rubber compounding and mixing facility that has been delivering high-quality rubber compounds for over half a century. You will work in a hands-on, physically active production environment, starting with palletizing rubber products and progressively cross-training in multiple areas of the manufacturing process. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attendance record, a go‑getter mentality, and a willingness to work in a dirty manufacturing setting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Palletize manufactured rubber by taking long strips from the production line and neatly weaving them onto pallets for shipment.
+ Arrange rubber strips by weaving them back and forth and cross-weaving multiple layers to create organized, stable pallets of rubber.
+ Start in a lacing-type role and demonstrate consistent performance, accuracy, and efficiency in palletizing tasks.
