The clinic environment is holistic, collaborative, patient‑centred, respectful, informal, and highly team‑oriented. There is a genuine family dynamic, with staff actively supporting one another and a practice manager who sidelines as an excellent baker.

The small and mighty team supports a high‑needs patient population including refugees, migrant communities, homeless patients, and seasonal horticultural workers. They also have a pro bono relationship supporting the local homeless community.
