  This practice exists because the system is broken.

  General practice has reached a point where many doctors are forced into an impossible situation.

  Rushing people out the door, or running hours late.
  Cutting conversations short, or skipping lunch and breaks.
  All this while working in cold, corporate clinical spaces and being pushed by management to bill more, fit more in, and keep the numbers moving.

  For many of us, that pressure didn’t just make the work harder. It made it unsustainable.

  Eventually, enough was enough.

  The Know You Co was created as a response to that reality. It was built by GPs who were tired of trying to practice good medicine inside systems that actively worked against it.

  So we started again.

  We redesigned everything from the ground up, the business model, the workflow, and the physical space, with the intention that it would feel nothing like a typical genera...
