Busso Blues is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated General Operators to support our daily farming operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and contributing to the production of high-quality crops. The General Operator supports the daily operations of the farm and plays an important role in achieving production, quality, and efficiency targets. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of farming activities including machinery operation, crop production, irrigation, property maintenance, and general farm labour. Key Performance Outputs Machinery and Equipment Operation Operate tractors, harvesters, spray rigs, loaders, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
