General Operative / Handyperson

Location: HMP Lincoln.

Hours: 39 hours per week across 7 days with a weekend shift pattern. Work 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis. An additional allowance of 15% of basic salary is provided for weekend work.

Salary: £27,426.

What you will do

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to perform general maintenance tasks and assist tradespeople on site.
• Take on various FM duties as directed by the team manager.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the contract.
• Contribute to local and business zero carbon initiatives, strategically working towards sustainability goals.

What you will bring

• Solid experience in DIY / general building maintenance.
• CITB relevant certification or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
