General Operative, Farragh, Cavan

College Proteins has an exciting opportunity for an General Operative to join our Production Team in our Rendering Plant based in Farragh in Monnery, County Cavan. This position will be an integral part of our operation and will work to maximize efficiency and support delivery of key performance indicators. The role will operate on an 12 hour shift pattern rostered over days and nights which will include weekends.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the production PLC system to control production, gather data and generate reports
• Identify and report any problems to the production supervisor
• Achieve process capacity and KPIs
• Hand-over of key information at shift transitions
