General Operative

As a General Operative at Kepak, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations to keep up with customer demand for our top-quality products. You will be a vital part of our team on the factory floor, working alongside other skilled operatives to achieve our goals

Working Hours: 35 hours with the possibility of overtime based on operational needs. Rotating 4-day week (Monday to Saturday) with rotating AM/PM weekly shift pattern.

AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM

PM Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the production area conducting a wide variety of tasks, such as line operation, packing, cleaning, distribution etc. Lift weights of at least 15kgs, stand for 4+ hours and be able to move around the factory floor without assistance. Must be able to work for extended periods in a c...
