Lead and oversee all construction projects from planning to completion
Develop project strategies, timelines, and resource allocation plans
Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial performance
Supervise project managers, site engineers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, Workplace Safety & Health)
Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiation, and procurement
Monitor project progress and resolve issues on-site effectively
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Implement quality control procedures and ensure project standards are met
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects
