Salary: $160-$190K + Substantial Bonus + Equity (relocation provided)

About the Role

We are hiring a General Manager to lead a Wichita-based services business operating across roofing and adjacent trades. This is a true operating seat with full P&L ownership, responsibility for the team, and authority to drive the strategic direction of the business.

The right leader will treat the company like their own, bringing the discipline and operating instincts needed to build a profitable, growing service organization. We care less about deep industry tenure and more about a proven ability to lead teams, own financial results, and execute in blue-collar, technician-driven environments.
