General Manager

A unique wilderness lodge and hospitality operation in the Cederberg region of the Western Cape is seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of the business.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will oversee accommodation operations, restaurant service, guest experiences, staff management, and financial performance while acting as the on-site custodian of the brand.

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Lodge Manager or General Manager role within the hospitality industry
